Wylie Adventures; There and Back (Finke Desert Race 4)

 24th April Time rushing on towards the big race and we are ensuring a punishing dirt bike ride every week. Never too  old for new dirt bikes,  Chief rider Roy and Chief mechanic Graeme went out on a   Dirtbike ride to McIntyres Hut and surrounds. Are we having fun yet? You betcha! Finke, bring it on!

 13th April, now we are counting days to Day 1 of the big race. 61 days of training left. Today team rider Roy took off with team mechanic and training partner Graeme into the local hills, the Brindabella Ranges. Today was a frost here in Canberra so  it was prudent to not get out of bed too early and let the sun thaw things out for a while. Putting the race gear to the test, and then there's the bike to test :) The mighty steed prepped for racing, or has it thrown its rider? Where's Roy?
