Regular fuel stops and a tea break at the devils marbles. We went for a walk up the top and shot a bit of ‘film’🤪

| Some interesting fuel stops, but we got there. |
The countryside was amazing, so much flowering, yellow, red, pink flowers and shrubs. The temp climbed up to 34C, a huge change from Alice this morning. Plenty of road trains in both directions and loads of caravans.

Went for a bit of a wander around this eclectic location. Cars and planes and bikes of all vintages and Roy even found a live croc !
Made our way to the beer garden and snaffled a table where we settled in for the evening.
Lovely Barra and beef with salad bar and live music with Lou and Phil from Byron Bay. Bought her cd for posterity.
Queensland just put in Covid restrictions so we could use the limited wifi to apply for an entry permit.
Called it a night around 9pm and had tea and coffee in the cabin. Ready for an early start and long drive next day.
